Lori excels in client service and strives to do right by the client every day as a client specialist at Baird. She is an expert in the many applications that provide support to the team, including navigating BairdWeb, PWM Direct-myclients and My applications, CRM, Thomson One BetaHost, Prop Gen & MRT Liquid Office, Microsoft office, and Client service/ account maintenance with 43 year of industry experience.
Committed to the Community
Lori volunteers in Bartholomew County 4-H, helping her granddaughter Hannah and other livestock kids in the Kiddin’ Around Goat Club. She also participates in the Suicide Prevention Community Walk each year, in memory of her granddaughter Makenzie Nicole Brown. And you can also find her volunteering at the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
